When you open the gate the very bottom roller has a collar with a pin or set screw on the outside. Is it a roll pin or rounded out set screw? I dont think its been off before. I didnt see it in the parts catalog.

The spring pin(key 19) for the collar is part number 34H336(5/16" X 2-1/4")

We got them out by dropping the tailgate edge on a big block of wood on the ground to take the bounce out of the hammer blows.
