4430 cooling

If a 4430 is set at 125hp and a 4630 is at 150hp, the 4430 will overheat first for sure. The rad on the 4630 is way bigger.
 
we got a new 4430 in 1974 and I ran it most of the time. anytime the outside temperature went above 80 degrees, you had to turn ac off, shift down, and or watch temp gauge like a hawk or all three if it got over 90 .I am pretty sure later models 76-77 had different pulleys to speed up fan
