4430 syncro range tans

I was looking at a 4430 that had the syncro range
trans. As far as value is concerned, does the
syncro add, subtract, or stay same as the other
transmissions. Just curious. Thanks for your info.

For use whil farming I think SR trans will subtract from value but for collecting I think it would add some value because there will be a lot less SR trans built than QR or PS trans.

A lot of folks seem to not like the Syncro range. They are a pain if you need to shift on the go much. And for inexperienced operators, the gears can be hard to find. We had one on the feed wagon for years, but that worked great because there was no need for a lot of shifting. They are a pretty tough trans, time proven and then some. But they will drop value off an item.

Neighbour has a 4430 syncro with the creeper gear option. Another shift lever in front of the gear console that reduces every speed by at least 60 or 70 percent....Ron
