444 3 Point

I just got my 444 basket case tractor back together and started it for the first time in 5 years. Bought it at an estate split with bolts broken off in the bell housing, clutch broke, and worst of all the portion off the bell housing that goes around the starter broke off and missing. After some adjustments the tractors runs great. I hooked the rotary mower on it on Friday to give it a good test run. While the tractor was/is at an idle the 3 point works great (raises & lowers), but when I increase the RPM's the 3 point rises. Bring it back to an idle the 3 point lowers. I've cleaned the return screen and valve body screen. I'm running 30 weight oil as recommend in the owners manual for temperatures here in Southern Arizona. What is going on? Where do I go from here to remedy this problem?

Is they Draft Control lever all the way forward?
Close the Isolator Valve and see if it does the same thing BUT if the engine starts to labor or you hear a buzzing noise as the the relief valve is opening, open the Isolator valve immediately.

Jim, I turned off the isolater valve which in turns shuts off all 3 point functions. Draft lever as far forward as possible. It's got to be a relief valve not working. It's a messy job to take out the valve assembly clean it put new o-rings in everything then put back together to find out it still won't work. Hoping someone else had the same problem.
