4440 dash gauges not working??

Hello I'm new to the 4440 tractors and have one that is having issues with the gauges not working. I noticed it before buying that none of them are moving. When you start this 40 series are all of the guages suppose to move all the way to the right and then back to the left when the ignition is turned on. Is there a relay or fuse block for the instrument cluster? Where?

Check the plug on the back of the cluster first,, they tend to shake loose there...

I checked the harness on back of instrument cluster and it is tight . Where is the main ground for the guages so I can check it?
