4440 Perma clutch repeated pto failure

hi everyone i have a 4440 here with the quad range and of course perma clutch, the pto clutch has failed every year for the last 3 years in a row, we have good clutch and lube pressures, the tractor is primarily used for pto work, but it is run less than 500hrs a year, it has 180 hp, will a 4640 clutch work in this tracrtor which would add one more pto disc? any help or ideas would be appreciated thanks in advance

Can you describe the clutch failure and what you have been doing to repair it? Have you done the repair yourself or had someone else do it? Curious as to what you are seeing.
