4440 Powershift pack drama

I hate to keep asking things like this but having some questions on my 4440 front clutch pack rebuild venture. The service manual talks about wavy plates and my kit from All States Ag Parts has no odd looking
plates they are all normal looking flat plates. Everything is seeming to go together well but on the pto clutches the kit came with 3 paper discs and 2 plates. Theyre were 3 plates and 3 discs that came out.
Can anyone shed some light on this?

Are the new ones thicker than the old ones? If not I'd Call them and ask them.
