4500 ford tractor carburetor problems

been sitting for a while over the winter cranks, stumbles, but won't start new gas filter, The air filter was a disaster I removed it looking for a replacement . Replaced leaky pet cock, drained tank and fresh gas The carb is a zenith 13912A thinking of trying to rebuild it or just take it apart and give it a cleaning any advise I have to move this tractor a short distance and towing would be difficult thanks Larry

Drain the carburetor. If you have not
already done so. Plug on the bottom.

Thanks Roger took carb apart and after a 3 hr cleaning got it going again
