4520 hydraulic pressure adjustment

Need advice on hydraulic issues with a 1969 model 4520. Tractor has around 5k hours. Noticed a while back that the 3pt hitch was slower to raise than normal. It also seems to make a just
a little more noise than usual when raising as well as when using remotes and some with steering. Its not bad, just seemed like it isnt getting enough pressure. Sump screen is 100% clean.
Plugged a gauge into remote and have 1900psi. Pulled the priority valve under the dash out and it looked good. Looking down through the dipstick hole I cant see any oil spraying or
evidence of a high pressure leak. I drained the oil and will get new oil and filter for it Monday. I know I am supposed to have 2250 at the remote. I have been told there was a pressure relief
valve on the top of the pump that I can adjust the pressure but I can't seem to find it on my pump. Thanks in advance.

The pressure adjustment is on the bottom of the pump(actually the cover of the pump), takes a 3/4 wrench and an allen wrench to adjust, screw allem in a 1/4 turn and check pressure.
