460 d serial tag

I am putting a new serial tag on my 460 and had gotten it scuffed up when sandblasting. I kept the serial number in readable shape but needed the other info to put on the tag. Basically I have the d stamped at the complete right side of the top line and the serial number and s-y at the bottom. If someone has a tag they could take a picture of and post on here that would help a bunch. Thanks.

I have an update. I found a picture of a tag and all I now need is opinions on weather to stamp the printed info on the new tag or to get it printed on somehow. I'd like to make it as close to original as possible but not sure how to go about it. Thanks.

Were the McCormick Farmall and high idle info stamped as well Ken? I can't remember or is it not important to put on? I will be attaching the original serial plate, although marred up, to the tractor as well as some other info from what's been done to it . Thanks Ken
