4600SU moisture on head

Need some help. 1974 4600-SU Diesel. Cranks and runs well, but it is always wet on top of Head below all the injectors. It is not fuel or oil and doesn't appear to be coolant. [Not losing any].Where would this be coming from? Thanks in advance for any thoughts.

Are you talking about on top of the head under the battery box.
If so does it stay wet all of the time.
Is it just wet or is there puddling in some of the low spots.

Check the fuel return lines from the injectors and also check the fuel line going to the thermostart.
