4640 hyd orbit motor problem

I am having a problem running a hyd auger motor from chattering have to run engine at 1600 rpm. I am on left scv, filter is new, screen in transmission is clean. Gasket and springs in filter return housing good. This 4640 has a loader joy stick valve 3 scv's and 3ph.
It will run orbit motor proper tell the makeup oil runs out. No transmission light on or problems.

Tractor needs to be right side up to get hyd. oil for the functions to work correctly. LOL

Does the system you are powering have a flow control valve? If so, it's possible it is set up for an open center system and you are bypassing oil all the time. In your system you can use the flow control in the main pressure line with no bypass and run the return direct to the tractor. My guess is your flow valve is bypassed right at the valve. What isn't being used to operate the motor is bypassed. In other words, you are pumping maximum output from your pump at all times. Check to see what you have and get back to us. Mike

No flow control valve just on/off. Basically running a Cesna orbit motor on the load auger to fill seed or fertilizer into airseeder tank.

On my 4030,4040 I have to plug into the right hand valve to recycle the return oil.

One thing I forgot to mention the 3ph goes down when tractor shut off. Problem happens if 3ph is up or down. Scv's check out okay same as mid mount hyd valve.
When you cycle the loader up and down, it also starts to chatter after the third lift, so it's losing the make up oil some where. The power Beyond Block is in front of the left scv.

No close centre, JD valve. 725 loader.

Do you have flow control valve(turtle-rabbit) on LH scv set at or below 1/2 way point?

Yes there is a flow control on left had side. It is set at 2:00 position. Tried to slow down but when I switch it over to the fan on the airseeder tank,
I don't get enough RPM. Could try again I guess.
