4640 Hydraulic Noise

John Deere 4640 hydraulic noise coming from the 3 point area. The noise goes away when moving the 3 point up or down but is present when stationary. Is this referred to as chatter, normal, or something to be concerned about? Video attached and would appreciate any recommendations as to where to troubleshoot.

Many tractors with the cl9sed center system are doing this. Very normal.
If you can lower and raise the three point few times at low idle without having the hree point chatter, your tractor is fine.
