Hey guys! my clutch is working fine now, and I have another question. Do I have to split the tractor to take the oil pan off? If i can then I would like to check out the knock before I try to fire it up (I do like my block with no rod holes!).
If you guys would be so inclined to give me the run down on removing the oil pan, I'd sure appreciate it!

dont have to split tractor (engine from trans). Do have to support under tran, remove hood, disconnect radiator hoses, unbolt front axle mount from engine, unbolt radius rods and steering linkages(either end).

ditto what harry said.

you have to get the front bolster out about an inch to get at some warded bolts.
