I just finished installing custom power steering and a 6-12 volt conversion kit on my 48 ford 8n and I replaced the floor mounted push button strarter switch, and now it just grinds instead of going into gear. Just like the clutch is toast, but didn't have any issues before. PLZ, PLZ, PLZ help. Did I inadvertanly screw something up when I replaced the floor mounted starter switch?
