4840 stoped moving

I just got a call from my neighbor planting beans with my 4840 and said it made a noise and stoped moving. No oil leaks or anything easily to fix. Would it possibly be the damper? It just had hyd filters changed with no debris in oil. Thanks!

If it is the power shift damper you will lose hyd too. If you have hyd check tow disconnect and axle key way. Beyond that you will have to start doing tests.

Ditto on are hyd's still functional? Also as RC44630 stated check to be sure trans/diff disconnect is engaged. Will tractor move with diff lock engaged?

All the hyd functions work great and makes no noises when it runs. Will not move with diff locked.
