How does the pto drive pump detach from the tractor pto? Just purchased a used 499 works, fine except for small leak in drive pump. The seller showed how to hook it up and run then left.
 
Should slide rite off. May have to wiggle a little. If used machine splines in pump are proably worn whitch will take more wiggleing. Just for more informatiom the splines do wear out then it doesent turn machine very good.
