HI LOOKING FOR INFO ON FRONT WHEEL ASSIST RED BELLY FORDS WHAT TRANY AND GEAR BOX OR HOW THEY DROVE THE FRONT?? BRAD

brad you might post on the N board they can tell you better but they used the original tranny and the driveshaft came up the left side of the tractor, but now that in here i cant remember how it was driven, the elenco setup used the front axle off a dodge power wagon of war vintage , sorry i cant help more

There's was one on TV,on Aumans Album a few weeks ago. They were talking about the Ford tractor collectors club. Do a google search for the club and it might put you in the right direction.

If I remember correctly the conversion used the same front axle as the Dodge Power wagon. It was made by Elenco Co. Post this on the Ford board , ask for Tony Jacobs in Ma , he does repair and owns thr rights to the Elenco Conversion.
