Rebuilt engine trying to get it cranked.Cant seem to get air out took lines off injectors and spun it over.One injector is letting air come out of it where line goes on.Any idea why this would be

That means what I believe is called the pintle valve is not sealing and compression is pumping through it. All the injectors need removed and taken to a diesel fuel injection shop for rebuild and pop test.

That injector is STUCK OPEN if air is coming back out of the INLET when cranking engine with the line off. It needs removed for repair

They are new injectors but one was stuck open thanks for the help
