5000 Hydraulic pump

As I recall that port is not chamfered for an o-ring, meaning an ORB fitting would not work. The folks at the hydraulic shop will likely have to add a washer to the fitting to make it work. I can't remember though what they are called.

Just a swivel ORB fitting with a washer and jam nut.

I'm not talking about a standard ORB fitting, swivel or not. It *might* work, but it wouldn't be proper without a chamfer in the port. The kind of fitting I'm thinking of has a thin steel washer that surrounds the o-ring. The swivel fitting you're referring to has a washer on one side of the o-ring.

I've used a standard off the shelf swivel ORB fitting on my 5000 to quick check pressure without an issue. Maybe I got lucky?

I wouldn't want to use it for a permanent install, but for a 2 minute pressure test the o-ring held just fine.

If you have trouble a sealing ring for a BSP fitting might so the trick.

Banjo fitting. If the port is deep enough s male JIC fitting with copper crush washer will work fine.
