Given that the 5030 was made in Japan at the same time as multitudes of other local and rebranded tractors (and how the Japanese tend to leverage each others' designs and suppliers), I'd think that there would be many alternative sources for this rim. I'm thinking that nearly every NA brand offered a similarly-sourced tractor. Have you checked there?

I have an AC5040 and I think it was built in Romania. A Fiat tractor. Dependable little unit.

Yes it is… But the 5030 is a very different machine. It is made by Hinomoto in Japan.
