504 Super F won't eject

I can't get the bale to eject from the baler. The tensioning rolls seem to be pinching the bale and holding it in the chamber. Could the belts be too long allowing this? Or is some other adjustment needed?

I used to have a 504F, so I am going from memory.

The belts shouldn't make any difference, unless you changed them all recently and made them way to short. That doesn't seem likely. They would have to be way off.

Does the tail gate open all the way - that is are the cylinders on the side going all the way up? Even if they went most of the way up- you'd still have a problem getting the bale out.

The cylinders go all the way up. The bale will start to drop out but then the two tendioning rolls seem to pinch it which stops it from dropping out completely.
