year or so ago I replaced the piston, rings and cylinder in the 3 pt. This spring it would hardly pick up the disc so I pulled the pump and expected to find something broken in there, but I didn’t. Alot of sludge in the bottom and I expected that. I ordered part no 121926 rebuild kit to freshen it up some. Any suggestions. Or watch out ford would be appreciated

You need to learn the trouble shooting steps before taking anything apart. When the 3 point stops working you should pull the right side inspection cover off and watch for fluid movement. Where you see fluid moving is likely to be where the problem is.

Example you see fluid from the cylinder it is leaking. Or you see fluid moving down by the pump could be the relief valve stuck open
