51 CA hydraulic control issues

51 CA needs the hydraulic pump and control. It started out raising slow and intermittent. Then quit for good. Took the lines off and no fluid coming out. Was a draw bar type but I locked it out at the control arm as you do when you don't want to use the drawbar. Is there a way to bleed out the system or do I have a worn-out valve or stuck one in there somewhere? I have a manual and it looks like a can of worms if I try taking it apart. Should I look for another one or find someone who would rebuild or help me with. It may be just as hard to find springs and seals for the inside as finding another used one. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Do you have enough fluid in the transmission? Sandy Lake rebuilds them. Is it setup by the manual?

Thank You for your responce. I had some leaks in the rams and would always make sure the level was topped off before I used it. Now running around I noticed the trans level is at top. I lift up the bar to make sure the rams are extended but that has no change in the fluid level. Where is Sandy? Thanks again. I see them in PA, thanks for that.

Hey just an update you may be able to help with. I spoke with Scott at Sandy Lake. You were right about him rebuilding it. So, I took it off and found a wad of material in the port that the fluid goes into. Probably from when I worked on the out drive. Looks like some gasket material. So, I cleaned it out and reinstalled it. Well, it pumped out fine, great. Now the problem is it will not stop pumping. I move the control all the way in both directions but no. Put the line in a bucket and was able to see that when I engage the pto it pumps out and wont stop until I release the pto. I ran through a bunch of fluid hoping it may flush out but no. I am afraid to take it apart any further because of the springs and seals in there. Thought you may know of a trick to stop the pumping and release the pressure. Maybe some of the same material is lodged in a valve somewhere. If I knew how they worked it may help. Thanks again for your referral.
