"51 ford 8n front tires

My 8n tractor has front 5.5x16 tires and rims which are in need of replacement. Can I purchase new 4 x 19 tire and tubes and rims put them on???

Yes you can. I have been running 19" for over 50 years. I think better than 16". Can get thru tighter spaces. Many prefer 16" due to claims of cheaper tires. Once you replace gotta think you are good for life.

Yea, can use old truck tires, etc.
16's are better with a loader, more rubber on the smaller diameter, and wider, helps steering

Bolt right on. I'm looking to go the other way, I've had 19" for years nothing will tear up grass like turning sharp with 19"s just peels it right up.
