520 trans fluid

i have drained the rear end grease and the first reduction their are a couple more plugs close to the back i think one that has a real long shank is the power trol drain i need to kwow how to check and fill trans and reduction cover how much to put in ruduction cover howdo you check pto and if i fill the trand by the gear shift is this the only place besides the reduction cover
