5210 Brakes dragging issues!!!

I have a 2000 JD 5210 2wd tractor. It only has 2300 hours on it. I really like the tractor for many small jobs. The only trouble I have had is the brakes dragging. This first showed up at 1500 hours (five years ago). Local JD dealership told me that it was more than likely water contaminated hydraulic oil or the brake disk retractors. I removed both final drives and totally flushed out the rear end. The brake plates where in like new condition. I replaced the brake disks, the brake piston orings, and the improved retractor assemblies. I paid for the JD dealership tech to come out and set the retractors to the correct spec. It worked like it should when all back together. Total cost of around $1200.
Fast Forward to this summer. I have put right at 800 hours on the tractor since the brake repair. Mainly raking and tedding hay. The tractor never sets outside in the rain or snow. I run only JD hyquard hydraulic oil in it. So contaminated hydraulic oil is not possible. The brakes are dragging again. It is worse on hot days. I have taken the brake valve off and rebuilt it. I also have loosened the bleeders and ran the tractor to just make sure that the brake valve was not building pressure. It drags requardless of any of that. The local dealership wants me to redo everything done the last time. I am not going to do that. There should not be an issue after only 800 hours. My Brother has the same model of tractor that gets the heck beat out of it and it never has been inside since he bought it, zero issues in over 7500 hours.
There are several videos on different solutions to this issue, besides replacing everything.1) One fellow said he ground flats on the sides of the brake piston guide pins. His idea is that the pins will not slide back into the housing completely, because they fit so tight they are acting like a small hydraulic cylinder/dampener. He says his was fixed just by doing this.

2) Another fellow says he just removed the brake retractors and assembled the brakes/final drive without them. He says his brakes are working fine.

Have any of you had this issue and used any of the suggested repairs??? This appears to be an issue on all models of the JD 5000 series tractors.

JD5210 has a history of failed brake disk pull off springs(item 1) causing brakes to drag. One needs to R&R rear axle housing to install new springs

pull the final drives and remove the number 1's in the pic,, toss them in the trash and go back together,,they are called self adjusters,,another bad improvement that mother Deere dreamed up their bad ideas are shooting their good ideas in the foot...

Never heard that all 5000 series have brake issues. My '98 5210 has never had that issue (over 4k hrs.) Also, have a 5055 that has never had that issue. Friend in the hay business has 2 5510's with many, many hrs. and has never had that issue.....just saying.
