53 ford headgasket?

Hello all, I just bought my first tractor a 53 golden jubilee.Anyways I dont know much about them.The guy I got it from said it was overheating and wouldent start.I replaced the starter silinoid and got it to turn over.When I filled the radiator with water and cranked it over, a mix of water and gas came out of the muffler pipe.Any ideas what this may be? Thanks for any help....the Newbie

Could be a bad head gasket, cracked head, cracked block or a combo of the 3. Only way to know for sure is pull the head off and have a look

Probly cracked head.
