My hydraulics works fine for a while then it gets to were it want raise my brush hog unless I rev up the motor, does this mean I need to have the pump rebuilt.I checked the fluid level and its fine.

ossibly, but more likely the lift cylinder/piston/ring leaking and leaks worse when fluid heats and thins. Remove round side cover & look inside for leaks/flow/drips, when hot, loaded, running.
