Ok well, anyone who read my post yesterday knew I am trying to get the hydraulics going on my 530. I plan to switch to Hy guard, but the little disc I'm working on already had ND oil in the cyl, so I figured I would test it, as I just put new lines to the cyl. So I noticed a probelem. I hooked the line to lift the disc to my top port, and the line to drop it to the lower port. I notice two issues.
1- the top port does put out pressure, but it seems slow, even for an old girl, and as soon as the implement reaches the stop, it makes a whining/screeching sort of noise.
2- the lower port builds no pressure at all it seems, if I let the disc down, it would drop from gravity, but not lift the wheels up to put the disc into the ground.
Switching lines provided the same results, just opposite of each other of course.
If there is a FAQ on this I'm sorry I didn't find it. I searched and found other issues but not one exactly like mine. The system had ND oil in it which is a bit old, but not dirty after running the system to stir anything in there up, and not low at all.
