544 International utility

Looking at a 544 International utility with hydro to buy, like information GOOOD or BAD on problems with this model.I have drove it
some and hydro seams to work fine, starts and drives good, near new tire front and rear, tractor looks good is not all beat up like
some of the ones you see.Looking for a ball park price also. Thanks Ralph1111

A friend has one with a loader and rear blade and loves it. Far as price, depends on what you are willing to spend. Look at tractor house magazine .com. Prices very from 2500-8000. The c-200 engine is a very good motor. Good luck

I Have a 2544 hydro diesel utility and a 544 hydro diesel utility row-crop 3(8 inch rear tires). Both very handy tractors. Will be one of the last to leave the farm.

The bad is it's several thousand dollars if the transmission ever decides to "leave the chat." Keep clean Viscosity Ultraction oil in it and change it on the prescribed intervals, if it's good now it will continue to be good for many years to come.
