Try All States Ag Parts. They have a fair number of Ford's at their Black Creek yard.
If you're a long ways from WI, you might be better off finding a closer parts yard.

The only transmission available on that model was the 8x2 transmission either with or without the dual power option. That transmission was made from 1965 up through at least the mid 1990's on various tractor models. Use the Service Manual to determine which parts you need and search for those part numbers on tractor-part.com. That site is a database of the parts inventory of many tractor salvage yards all around the country.

Suprisingly many gears are still available from Case New Holland but you're probably not going to like the price. Below is the diagram, at least you can get the part numbers.
I might add ... get the part number and/or previous part numbers for the gears you need and search the web for New Holland <insert part number here> and you should get hits at lower prices. These parts seem to be common.

I have a 5600 in right now for a rebuild. When we started the tear down, we noticed that the rocker arms had a very excessive amount of clearance. A couple had close to 1/4 in. When we pulled the push rods out the balls on the ends were completely worn off. Never seen this before. The lifters and cam didn't look very good either. It is getting a new Cam and lifter kit and a set of push rods. I am a Reliance dealer and have been for several years. I have had zero problems with their parts. I am also an A and I dealer. I prefer Reliance engine parts.

The kind of valvetrain wear you describe only happens when someone never adjusts the valves. The looser they get, the more everything hammers and wears.

Check the rockers for wear as well, where the push rod rides and where it contacts the valve’s
I rebuild a 201 3 cylinder that had the most worn out valve train I’d ever seen from a Ford tractor
Crank polished standard, block cleaned up at .020 over, 2 rods had to be replaced, every part of the valve train had to be replaced, cam, lifters, push rods, rockers, valves, valve guides.
No history on the engine other than it was a replacement engine from a 4500 backhoe/loader tractor
