Yeah I have searched a few salvage yards and had no luck . There is one on eBay but it is in no better shape than mine . Thanks for replying

Hello Ilike, welcome to YT! The part number for that flywheel is 278273R11. When I search that number about a half dozen used options show up. These are used so you are dependent on the seller giving you an honest opinion or an actual photo of the surface of “that” flywheel to assess its condition. We all know cracking on the clutch plate surface is a concern on these flywheels. I realize they are fairly heavy and the shipping cost can increase the price a bit if they are shipped a fair distance. From what I find there must not be a new aftermarket flywheel available for the 560. I see they are available for a 656, but there must be enough difference that they won’t interchange.
Messicks 560D parts catalog Here is a link to the F560D parts catalog by Messicks in PA, it gives you most of the PNs that CaseIH or whoever took out of the catalogs.

Thank you so much.yeah I think it would be nice if this was offered as a reman I would definitely want to purchase one. International harvester was such a great company and I hope that these great machine could be kept in running order with replacement parts as they have have had been such a part of our lives and history

And BTW, if you have other IH tractors you can use it for them as well. Click the Messicks banner then scroll down a bit click CaseIH, then a box will show up to enter your model, this includes JI Case. If you choose New Holland it covers them and Fords back to the 9N, 2N & 8N.

Thank you yes mine is a 282 D . I have found a couple of junk engine that I will hopefully get to check out weather permitting that had flywheels don’t know the condition.

Stauffer Tractor Salvage in Mayetta KS. 785-966-2739.

They have pretty decent salvage items and are honest in their assessment of their condition. They are a little slow in shipping but their prices are great compared to some of the stuff I've seen advertised. Just picked up a Farmall Cub rear lift from them for $75 - everything on Ebay was $250 or higher. I was going to buy a distributor from them but after they pulled it, they said it was in horrible condition and wouldn't sell it until they rebuilt it.
