5610 ford leaking water

My 5610 ford tractor has been leaking water for a long time, I thought it was around radiator so i bought some dye and ran it for awhile. Several times I did that and could never find and glowing leaking water until recently. There is a small leak under and behind the starter, i will post pictures and also on side of tractor not far from brakes there is a open hole there with a rubber cover and inside there is alot of glowing water in there but i cant tell where it is coming from. I am disabled with low income so a major fix it out of question. Does anybody have any idea where the leaking could be coming from and what I may be able to do myself to fix it. Once I idle it up i get maybe 30 mins before it gets to hot and have to turn it off. Any ideas or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. There is also i am guessing a drain plug underneath the tractor i didnt know was there, thats where the water is draining out of bottom of tractor but still like to find where the main leak is, i didnt think any fluid was suppose to be in there. ill post pictures.

I agree with sotxbill. Freeze plug on rear of engine leaking. Will require a split and may need the clutch and flywheel along with the separator plate removed to access the leak. Google video on engine rear frost plug leak and maybe something will come up. All the after 1965 models Ford tractors should have the same repair procedure.
