Having trouble with the net wrap on my 567 baler, so was going to put twine in as a backup. The monitor will not switch to twine mode. Tried several times. Tractor running, tractor not running, just key on. Everything is hooked up correctly. Net wrap problem may be solved.

So moving rocker switch on top LH of monitor to twine position doesn't operate as designed? BaleTrac Plus was discounted at baler serial 193614

Mine may be the Plus. I think my baler is a 2006 model. Attached is a pic of my monitor

Turned the key on, turned the monitor on, held the twine/net switch for 30 seconds or longer, nothing happened. Should it take longer?

Got my wrap problem figured out. My Monitor was not programmed for twine. Went thru that process, and it wraps with twine. Only problem now is that it cuts the Twine too short, and won't grab when trying to tie the next bale. Will address that problem tomorrow. Thanks for the help.

Changing monitor from twine to net application should be as simple as changing a switch/key on baler monitor. On subject of twine tails too short after being cut by twine knife try loosening tension on twine guides.

Got the Monitor to work. Can switch back and forth from twine to Net wrap, no problem. Cutter still cuts Left side twine too short. Loosened the tension to almost nothing. Have tried adjusting number of washers on either side of adjustment that pulls knife to anvil. Not sure where they should be.

Check twine tensioner components on twine tube items 13 & 14 to be sure it's operating as designed
