573/260 loader hyd valve

I have a 573 with 250 loader that after 400 hrs the loader valve seizes the spools. The spools have to be driven out. After cleaning and flushing it will work for 3 or 4 hrs. then seize again. any ideas will be appreciated. Should add that I cut open the hyd. filter but found no shavings.
