how can I help Dan I see a ? about a hand throttle??? I am confused the one that should be on it doesn't work at all??? I think you said the foot throttle works??? tell me a little more whats wrong thanks cnt

Hi case nutty,well i have a 1969 580 CK w/4 cyl. the foot throttle works fine,however the hand throttle does not to do anything.It moves freely enough,and i've sprayed the linkage with PB with no luck.If you could help me out it would be great. Thanks Dan

check the linkage from the hand throttle shaft to where it connects with the foot throttle, there are several places where your trouble may be, roll pin sheared, broken override piece, broken balljoint ect, I will post you parts breakdowns in a later post today( can't get the book know as would wake up and @# the wife!!) LOL cnt tom

Hi case nutty,found the problem with the linkage under steering column,linkage was to short so the cam was going under the shaft instead over the top, adjusted linkage and it works great. Thanks for all your help. Dan
