580B Case Backhoe

I am looking at going to an auction that has a 580B Case Backhoe with ROP and gas engine. The pictures look good and I am planning to go see it operate before the sale.
My question is, can someone tell me several things.
1. weight for hauling
2. years the 580B was manf.
3. What price range for this machine gas engine is say a low and high range to look at what it may be worth.
4. Is the any notable prob. with the 580B series that I should look for?
I want one for some work from time to time around the farm as well as fix a broken water line ever once in a while. Not for everyday commerical use.

3. What price range for this machine gas engine is say a low and high range to look at what it may be worth. $1800 to $6000 approx
4. Is the any notable prob. with the 580B series that I should look for?

loose front end, leaky power steering, crack or welds in loader arms or boom and dipper arm, bad brakes other than that great machine I have one.

Also the B was the last one that you had to break the tractor in half to change the clutch. Drive shaft from C on.
