The difference on the flat top fenders is you have work light item #44 in right front fender and work light item #45 in left front fender fed from the top left pin with Blue/White wire, this wire also feeds the rear work light.
Do you have the 7 Pin trailer plug at the rear of the seat by hydraulic filler plug? Do you have the orange Flasher lights on top of your fenders like my brother's 495? His 684 only has the small marker lights on top of the fender, whit lens forward and red lense rearward.
 
My orange flashers are in the front of the fenders beside the lights. I’m not sure about the 7 pin. I’ll check in a few and get pictures of the fenders

I may have figured it out. The fuse holder is melted behind the fuse, it shows good on the fuse side but nothing leaving. Thanks for the help! I guess I’ll add a spade fuse holder or maybe add a relay since it calls for a 35a fuse.

The relay sounds like a good idea, just make sure it is rated for the amperage and for constant operation.
