I rebuilt the power steering pump and it
still turns a little hard on the ground up
in the air turns with ease. Should it be
driven around for a while or should I
flush the system and how would that be
done? It has a Eaton pump with top
reservoir, new filter. I think the pressure
hose is a little to long 48 for it also
might end up replacing that with the
correct length one. Any suggestions would
greatly be appreciated. Thank you

Here's the pressure hose which I think myself is to long 48. The one's I see on the internet are about 35-3/4 long. Should I replace it with the correct length? Thanks

I doubt that little extra hose has a very much effect on the performance of the pump. One would need a hydraulic pressure gauge to determine where the problem is!

It steers fine when front is off the ground and it steers when on the ground but alittle tough plus there's a loader on it which might be why it's steering tough. I guess I'm thinking it should turn like the power steering on a vehicle I could be wrong.
