6 double disc brakes

Hello I want to redo the brakes on my Cockshutt 1350 aka MM Jetstar 3.Can a guy buy new discs or do I need to find a place to have them relined? thanx in advance. Arno

I don't know if new ones are available, but even if they are, I'll bet you'd come out a lot better having yours relined. I'd just go that route to start with.

I had a clutch disk and pressure plate for an Oliver 550 rebuilt by an outfit called Commercial Brake in Tacoma. Took it in, guy looked at it, tagged it with my name and phone no., and said it would be ready in xx days. I said "You don't even want to know what its from?" He said it doesn't matter- all that stuff is just different combinations of off-the-shelf parts which are coded by color, dots, etc., and they just replace everything and put it back together.
