6 volt + ground Petronis igniter system

Any help from someone who has installed this system requested. Have weak spark. See my previous posting on TO30 weak spark for more info. Thanks!!

We"ve all given you our best advice all ready. Apparently that"s not enough.

I would replace the coil with a real 6V coil(1.6 ohms primary resistance).

Otherwise, you might get a hold of Carl at Pertronix Customer Support and he can send you the test procedures to check out the unit you have.

Jerry, Aside from the electrical, when was the last time you had it running? If you have been cranking alot you could have fouled the plugs and/or washed down the rings. Pull plugs and clean, and squirt a little oil in each cylinder and retry. Also pull dipstick and smell/feel for gas.
