DOES A 60 LP USE A 6 OR 12 VOLT DIS. CAP AND COIL? IT HAS A 12 VOLT COIL ON IT BUT THE MAN GAVE ME THE OLD COIL AND IT IS A 6 VOLT. JUST WONDERING IF THE COIL OR CAP IS WRONG.
 
there are two different caps that will fit and look simlar, but the terminals are rotated one hole. I had this problem with my 630, it had a cap for a 60 on it. It was very hard to start even pulling it, and then it didn't run very good it would run on one and the one would come in once in awhile for a pop or two. This could be your trouble
