601 workmaster 3 point problems

Good afternoon all. I have a 601 workmaster and having 3 point problems. I've rebulit the top cover with new draft pin, cylinder piston and new seals, new relief valve. 3 point works intermittently and raises slow. It has remote valve . I unhooked lines and started tractor, when raising hitch i activate remote and hitch stops and oil just barely runs out of remote valve port. Am i looking at a possible pump problem ?

I would check to see if there is air in
your pump. I had that problem on my
600 a few wears ago, ended up having
the pump rebuilt to solve the problem.
