What are the pros and cons of a 6070 with nice cab and 5,500 hours, pretty clean but can you find parts for the Fiat part of it?

I can't answer that. One would hope so as Fiat is alive and well, unlike AC.
We bought a 6060 new, put about 4000 hours on it and sold it when a partnership was dissolved. We were afraid of the drive train holding up as it had way more power than advertised. We pulled 4x16 plows with it in all conditions. It had more power and burned less fuel than the 185 doing the same work. Maybe if we had bought the 6080 we wouldn't have been so concerned with getting rid of it. Loved the cab (had AC and stadium lights). Hated the PTO clutch arrangement. There was a program where all of those tractors should have been retrofitted with a "bra" across the front of the engine to counter act the PTO clutch being left in the disengaged position.

What exactly would happen to the PTO and I’m assuming a weak spot on these tractors

I assume they'd be the same basic setup as the Fiat built Oliver PTO clutch. On those, there are two PTO levers. One is the clutch, the other is the PTO drive gears. When not in use, you're supposed to disengage the gear lever and re engage the clutch lever. When the clutch lever is disengaged, the PTO throw out bearing is pushing on the fingers in the PTO pressure plate and pushing forward on the crank and will wear out the thrust bearing in the crank main bearings.

If you're concerned about parts, I'd call Rick Stair at Rick's Ag Parts in Wooster Ohio and see what he says. He's the guru on the Fiat built tractors.
