611 B retesting for leaks

I have Completed the Case somatic overhaul for my 611 B several months back. I’m just now getting to the point of taking it for a test run. The main valve body has two spools, and even though I replaced those seals, I am still getting some minor weeping. Clutch pressure is just a little high at 180 pounds,So I believe I will go ahead and remove one washer, which is an accessible between the two spools. That’s called the clutch pressure regulator.
