611b clutch adjustment

When my pedal broke I started looking at is closely and noticed a bend in the adjustment link. Can someone maybe take a pic of theirs and approximate length? I am guessing it is supposed to be straight and that I may need to make a new one.

i see other issues.the arm clutch pedal goes too is too far back
meanibg its turned too far and rod is bent from being too far. does
the assembly move freely not man killer hard?almost looks like the
rod was adjusted too long or something is wrong internally. thats
what im seeing in picture.
ive never delt with a 611. but have with 411b maybe a few can
chime in i might be wrong

pedal has moved freely and it has been like this since we got it. I am replacing the pedal and would like to set it up right that is why I ask.

Once you get the link straight, set the pedal so it goes against the stop bolts so it cant overtravel , the pedal should stop against the bolt when the spool settles in its detent, the spool in all likely hood is fine, just has to travel freely in both directions. the length of the rod may have to be adjusted to get the right pedal position in relationship to its stop bolts. the spool should have no pressure on it either way the pedal travels,
