620 hydraulic coupler

July 2018 issue of Green Magazine walks you through it step by step.Replacing the steel lines on mine .Hard to find and costly.]

(quoted from post at 19:13:01 01/10/20) Can anyone give me a tutorial on the best way to replace the hydraulic coupler connections on my 620. Both leak.

NOT sure what you've got going on???

Do they leak without a tip plugged in, if so, the coupler body can be replaced with a complete new coupler body from DEERE, C14619, at about $20 each.

If they only leak when a coupler tip is plugged in, a new O-ring, part # R21722 should fix that, for about $1.80.

Either way, not a difficult or high-dollar repair.

you can get the original style steel plugs from Deere yet. they will seal on the o rings and stop leaking too. part number AF3001R looks like about $18 each and you'll have to order 2.
