6200 drill

what are the cons and pros for this machine. will be used to drill wheat and oats about 100 acres per year. my fields are within 3 miles of my home base. will be moved on gravel and dirt roads.

The pro is the big seed box,the con is those stupid dual tires, in front, they plug up with mud,and the hub is very expensive to replace,our dealer doesn't carry them,Unless yours has the Johnson Mfg update. You will have to look up threw parts, why the wheel bearing set up is unfriendly, Does your have rubber press wheel covers, when they get old, they will fall off,you dont need them, but they had eye appeal! But if one falls off, then that row doesnt get packed!! The clutch mechanism is the same as the old 100 series drill, which is good !But look at em with a flashlight, dont over grease the clutches,but grease the packers wheels all you want!
