630 frame notched

Just bought a 630 that has the frame notched so spark plug will fit into head. Anyone seen this before? Is this an aftermarket head or one off a different model.

Never seen that before, maybe they didn't really have the right socket to get the plug out.

Could be. It looks like the plug should go in without any problem.

Frame notch for spark plugs is factory made. Look at pictures in parts book or operators manual.
